VITEC has launched a new range of integrated signage displays aimed at simplifying corporate communications and meeting room signage deployments.
The new X-View range combines VITEC’s Avedia IPTV and signage platform with purpose-built display hardware, embedding an Avedia media player directly inside the screen. The approach removes the need for external players and separate power supplies, delivering a centrally managed, all-in-one signage solution for workplace environments.
The first model in the range, XV15, is designed for meeting rooms, public areas and internal communications. Fully compatible with the Avedia platform, the display offers the same control, monitoring and reliability as VITEC’s existing endpoint devices, with support for long-term, always-on operation.
“Corporate environments demand signage that is informative, dependable and easy to manage at scale,” said Richard Bernard, director of product management at VITEC. “With X-View, we have paired our trusted Avedia endpoint technology with display hardware to form a single, integrated solution.”
The X-View range is available in two sizes: an 11.6-in display designed for installation outside meeting rooms, and a 21.5-in model for wider corporate communications. Typical applications include meeting room status displays, welcome signage, corporate announcements, event information and live data feeds.
Optimised for non-interactive signage, X-View focuses on clear, glanceable information. Integration with Microsoft Office 365 enables real-time meeting room availability and scheduling data to be displayed, while VITEC’s ArtioCreate application allows users to design and deploy customised meeting room signage content.
Installation is simplified through power-over-ethernet (PoE), reducing cabling requirements and supporting cleaner, more discreet installations. The displays also support video playback for dynamic content delivery.
VITEC will demonstrate the X-View integrated displays at ISE 2026, on stand 5C300, where visitors can see how the product integrates within the wider Avedia ecosystem.
