Projecta has bolstered its Descender Electrol ceiling recessed motorised screen range to include a tab-tensioned version, the Tensioned Descender (RF) Electrol.
The new product’s tab-tensioning system is designed to provide the flattest possible viewing surface for a retractable screen. The projection screen surface is tensioned in all four directions by a teardrop shaped aluminum extruded slat bar and nylon tensioning cables on each side to match with the parabolic curves of the screen. The Tensioned Descender is available as either a standard 220v configuration or with a radio frequency controlled motor with Projecta’s proprietary front projection screen surfaces.
It features a durable steel case with a self-trimming flange for inconspicuous in-ceiling installations. The case profile measures 13.6 cm high by 16.5 cm wide and the Projecta Easy Serviceability System allows adjustment and maintenance of motor and screen surface after installation.
The Tensioned Descender (RF) may be built to custom sizes and aspect ratios up to three metres wide. The case of the Tensioned Descender (RF) may be specified in any colour for optimal integration into any interior and the standard powder coat finish is a RAL 9016.
