Epson has launched a range of installation and desktop projectors for education and business users.
The series is made up of the EB-93E, EB-93, EB-95, EB-96W, EB-905, EB-915W and EB-925.
The projectors use Epson’s 3LCD technology and have a white and colour light output, which ranges from 1,500 to 3,500 lumens, depending on the model.
Every model has an integrated 16W speaker, and five feature a microphone input. Pictures can be shared by projecting directly from a USB drive, camera or portable hard drive, and 3D objects displayed by connecting to a document camera.
The projectors have automatic vertical and manual horizontal keystone correction, with a x1.2 or x1.6 optical zoom (depending on the model).
IT staff can control and monitor a projector fleet using Epson’s EasyMP advanced networking features. Automatic email alerts for temperature and lamp status can be set up. Images and sound can be broadcast over a network via the LAN input, and settings adjusted from a single point on a network.
All projectors have an HDMI input, and some models feature optional wireless connectivity. A single USB cable connects a laptop to the projector using a 3-in-1 USB display.
The range has a lamp life of 6,000 hours (in eco mode).
