D-Tools has introduced its interconnected diagrams feature for D-Tools Cloud, a feature that gives integrators a visual method to design and document signal flow and wire connections.
Built directly into D-Tools Cloud, interconnected diagrams replaces disconnected spreadsheets and CAD drawings with an interactive canvas that shows how devices connect in a project by system, phase, or location.
Each connection is automatically linked to the project’s bill of materials, allowing each team member, from sales to installation, is working from the same data.
Integrators can visualise, coordinate, and execute on projects, with quotes and device connections synchronised. Teams can collaborate more effectively, reducing errors and gaining confidence that projects are delivered in a manner that aligns with the original design.
Interconnected diagrams requires no additional setup or third-party software, allowing teams to utilise D-Tools Cloud’s embedded product library. Connections are made by selecting devices within a quote, delivering greater clarity and understanding across teams and clients to enable clearer communication and efficient project delivery from proposal through installation.
Users can connect devices with a click-to-connect feature, with flexible layouts that allow users to filter by system, phase, or location for contextual visibility.
