Digital Projection has announced the launch of the world's first 12,000 lumens solid state laser projector, the HIGHLite Laser 12k.
The projector delivers 12,000 lumens of brightness, and 20,000 hours of use, with WUXGA resolution.
Edge Blending is included as standard along with geometric correction functionality.
The unit is fully active 3D with up to 144 Hz refresh rate offers flicker-free viewing.
Connectivity includes dual HDMI 1.4, DVI and 3G-SDI, the HIGHLite Laser 12k also offers HDBaseT connectivity for the transmission of uncompressed HD video over a Cat5e/6 LAN cable.
Lenses available range from 0.77:1 to 6.76:1.
The first public showing of the projector will be at ISE 2014 on the Digital Projection booth (Hall 3, Stand C88) and is scheduled for shipping in March 2014.
