Community Professional Loudspeakers will introduce its L Series LVH-900 loudspeaker system and ALC amplified loudspeaker controllers.
The L Series LVH-900 beamforming venue horn consists of four 12-in LF drivers, three Community M200 midrange compression drivers and four 1.5-in HF compression drivers.
All drivers integrate into a single tri-axial waveguide, filling the 36x31-in face of the enclosure, providing pattern control to below 200 Hz.
The LVH-906 and LVH-909 offer 60 or 90 degrees of fixed horizontal dispersion respectively, with each allowing vertical dispersion beamforming ranging from 60 to 20 degrees in symmetric or asymmetric configurations.
The ALC amplified loudspeaker controllers are designed to provide signal routing, zone switching, DSP processing ,protective limiting, remote monitoring and amplification functioned between a mixer and the loudspeakers in small to medium sized Community loudspeaker installations.
A user interface enables projects to be created and includes a Community loudspeaker library, incorporating required pre-sets including loudspeaker-optimised DSP processing and multi-stage protective limiting.
Each ALC channel can directly drive 70V/100V distributed loudspeakers, low impedance loudspeakers from 2 Ohms or a mixed configuration of low and high impedance output loads.
The ALC line includes the ALC-404D (Four channels x 400W), the ALC-1604D (four channels x 1600W) and the ALC-3202D (Two channels x 3200W).
Community will also host a 90 minute manufacturers’ training session at the show on 11 June at 3PM, called ‘Which Loudspeakers, How Many, Where to Point Them?’ providing an introduction to Community’s array builder software and EASE Focus integration.
The class will also introduce Community’s VenuePolar concept, a Room-plus-Loudspeaker algorithm designed to optimise loudspeaker choice, count, rigging articulation and more.
