AV Stumpfl will show media servers and projection screens at the returns to the Prolight + Sound show, April 4 to 7.
It will show its upgraded Wings Engine Stage Media Server and the Wings Engine Raw 8K server. The latter unit delivers four simultaneous streams of uncompressed 4K content at 60hz.
Wings Player will also be on show. The digital signage hardware player features automatic camera based calibration and soft-edge blending for flat surfaces. It can be upgraded for use in 3D projection mapping setups.
The Wings Player measures 355mm-by-90mm-by-220mm and supports a number of video codecs with resolutions up to UHD/4K.
AV Stumpfl’s UHD Player will be shown. The solid-state player unit that can handle files up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60fps, using the H.265 codec.
Multiple UHD Players can be frame synchronised via IP networks using a dedicated synchronisation protocol.
Projection screens will also be shown, including the Monoclip screen system. It combines the Monoblox system without studs and press snaps. The Monoclip's entire frame block unfolds and the snap joints lock automatically.
AV Stumpfl will exhibit Stand A58, Hall 4 at the Messe Frankfurt Exhibition Centre.
