AMC Baltic has released the iA 4X120, a professional 100 V installation amplifier designed specifically for the contractor market.
It offers four outputs, a fan-powered cooling system, and rack-mount capability and is built to withstand demanding environments with minimal maintenance required after installation.
Suited to medium to large public address or background music system, the iA 4X120 features a switching power supply with Power Factor Correction (PFC) for improved efficiency. It has a four-channel Class D design, ensuring high performance while minimising energy consumption. It also supports transformerless 100V output and can drive 8-ohm speakers, offering flexibility for various speaker configurations.
It has four outputs for 100V or Low Z audio lines and high-pass filter. Power ON, clip, signal, and protect LED indicators are provided for each channel. A separate auto standby for each amplifier channel is included as well as PFC circuit. iA 4X120 will be available from May 2025.
