NEC Display Solutions has annoucned LCD flat screens at 65 inches in the form of the new MultiSync LCD6520P (portrait) and MultiSync LCD6520L (landscape).
The portrait version is said to be the largest monitor available on the market which can be used in that format.
Both displays operate at 1080p resolution and a maximum brightness of 450 cd/m sq. A Contrast ratio of 2000:1 ensures excellent quality even in bright surroundings. Both screens are also equipped with an option slot allowing the connection of an NEC Cat 5 receiver, an HDSDI card or even a DVI daisy chain board.
