Shure has on-boarded two new vice presidents and appointed Althea Ricketts to its executive staff.
Phil McPhee has joined as vice president of operations and chief supply chain officer, taking on an additional role as member of Shure’s executive staff.

McPhee joins with more than two decades of global leadership experience across operations, manufacturing, sourcing, and product-driven organisations in the pro and consumer audio industries. McPhee led multi-site operations across Europe, North America, and Asia, joining with a track record of scaling global supply chains, strengthening operations, and aligning manufacturing strategy with a focus on long-term business growth.
In this new role, McPhee will be responsible for the company’s global operations division and supply chain functions.
Shure has also appointed its new vice president of information technology, Jerome Nolasco, joining with more than 25 years of enterprise IT leadership experience across multiple industries. Nolasco takes on the role with deep expertise in ERP and CRM transformation, with experience in establishing enterprise AI governance and advancing practical AI use cases with business partners.

Althea Ricketts joins the executive staff in her current capacity as vice president of corporate initiatives, and will continue to lead Shure’s inclusion, diversity, equity, and access strategies and the company’s sustainability efforts. In addition to these responsibilities, Ricketts will also oversee Shure’s program management office.
Althea Ricketts has been appointed to the Executive Staff in her current capacity as Vice President of Corporate Initiatives. In this expanded role, Althea will continue to lead Shure’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access strategies and the Company’s Sustainability efforts, as well as oversee the Program Management Office.
