Sharp UK has reinforced its commitment to the UK pro-AV market through a strategic unification and enhancement of its business units.
Jack Wilders has been promoted to lead the solutions and complex projects team, which specialises in delivering complete digital experiences for clients in a range of sectors with a key focus on LED. This team has been further bolstered with the appointment of Scott Coltham, who joins the team as a solutions architect, he brings more than 35 years of experience in the AV industry, most recently with Kromers Consultants.
Ashleigh Harding has been named sales manager for the end user team, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise having previously been responsible for key clients in the finance and legal sectors.

Harding is joined by Kate Butcher, who moves across from the channel team and Sian Cotty, who was previously senior client director at Yorktel. Butcher's focus is on supporting clients in the legal and professional services accounts. Sian will look after the finance, insurance and MOD sectors. Samantha Bews will continue to engage with HE and retail clients.
Joining the UK team as channel account manager, Sara Fielder succeeds Butcher and brings extensive experience in the AV channel. She joins Sharp’s established UK channel team, which will be further strengthened by the addition of another channel-focused professional later this month.
