Robe lights up a night at the opera with new lighting fixtures
The Baltic Opera Gdansk has invested in new Robe lighting fixtures, selecting 18 TX1 PosiProfiles and four Paintes, installed into the opera’s current building.

With a history as an opera house dating back to 1950, the Baltic Opera has made a name for itself as both Poland’s smallest opera hall, and a strong reputation for high production values and performances.

TX1 PosiProfiles were selected to highlight natural flesh tones, with the ability to function in confined spaces where crew access can be extremely limited. The TX1s were installed on four house bars over the stage, with an additional two units located on the floor.

The four Paintes are fitted into two recesses either side of the auditorium, and are used for front cross lighting, replacing older spot moving lights in the same positions.
