Polycom, telepresence, video and voice communications specialist, has revealed its first certified partners in Europe the Middle East and Africa.
The Partner Certification Programme publicly recognises the channel partners that Polycom thinks have grown their organisation with proven experience in collaborative communication solutions. Polycom also says the certification should ensure standardised levels of technical skills, a proven commitment and expertise in the areas of service and support, processes, and technologies.
