Optoma showcases projectors at Silverstone

Optoma has joined forces with Texas Instruments to showcase its projectors to AV dealers, IT and AV distributors and customers in the UK.

The Optoma Showcase: Driving performance in projectors will be held at Silverstone, home of the British Grand prix, on November 7, 2014 from 10am-3pm.

All attendees will be entered into a draw to win one of twenty places for a tour of the circuit and a drive around the racetrack in an Aston Martin.

The showcase will be organised into zones and in the professional installation zone there will be auto-blending demonstrations using the Chameleon GB-200 and two of Optoma’s 5,000-7,000-lumen ProScene projectors. The ProScene team will be on hand to give advice on the features and capabilities of these models.

Optoma will showcase 1080p projectors and interactive ultra short throw projectors within the education zone. Demonstrations in the business zone will focus upon projector connectivity with other technologies such as Google Chromecast. Optoma will also show its range of LED lighting and accessories.

All Optoma projectors use DLP technology and Texas Instruments will provide demonstrations of how DLP works.
