The Spyder X20 from Christie is said to combine the flexibility of a universal routing switcher and the versatility of a powerful video processor for mid-size applications that have multi-window, multi-display or processing requirements.
The new model includes all the matrixing and integrated source monitoring of the existing Vista URS as well as all of the existing features of the Vista Spyder, such has its easy-to-use interface and presentation capabilities.
What is unique about the X20 is the 20 megapixel bandwidth it offers, which Christie says is currently unique in the industry.
The Christie Spyder X20-1608 features 16 inputs and 8 outputs, whilst the Spyder X20-0808 is an 8x8 model.
