Tenpin Dudley, UK, has been upgraded with an Optimal Audio sound system to enhance the visitor experience through simple audio control.
Tenpin wanted to upgrade its audio system at the venue with the aim of improving control of distributed background audio across its different zones. Tenpin turned to integrator Perfect Octave to deliver the system.
Perfect Octave specified Optimal Audio’s Zone 8 with DSP and WebApp, offering a full suite of audio controls for up to eight zones with flexible signal routing.
Two mic, four stereo line and two HDMI inputs are included to offer users the ability to independently allocate sources across eight configurable zones.
Each zone can be configured for specific requirements by using the WebApp, including EQs, speaker presets and structured time of day routines.
Perfect Octave integrated the Zone 8 system into the venue’s existing infrastructure using QSC, with the system connected to a VPN to enable easy maintenance.
The venue’s loudspeakers in the karaoke rooms were also replaced with Optimal Audio Cuboid 8 loudspeakers, designed to be discreet and offer improved sound in the venue.
