ISE has unveiled its post-show statistics, highlighting attendance figures, spending power, and demographic data.
Attendance
A total of 92,176 unique attendees came to the show, with 29,437 first time attendees at the show, the highest numbers both of attendees at the show and the most first time attendees at any edition of ISE.
Breaking down attendance day by day, the first day of ISE, Tuesday, saw 56,456 attendees (26.6% of total attendance figures). Attendance peaked on day two, Wednesday, with 64,507 attendees (26.9% of total attendance).
Thursday saw 57,215 attendees descend on the halls (26.9% of attendees) while Friday saw a decrease in attendance of 34,334. Each day’s attendance record broke record attendance figures for each respective day, rivalling every edition of ISE yet.
On average, each attendee spent 2.3 days at the show.
Breaking down the attendance figures by job title saw senior leadership figures stand out as the most prominent and populous group of attendees. 22.33% of managers topped the tables as the most common job role present at the show, followed closely by specialists, representing 21.85% of attendees.
CEOs were the third largest group, standing out as 19.62% of attendees, followed by directors at 12.32% and C-Suite executives at 6.54%.
Below this are students and faculty, represented 8.72% of attendees.
Spending power
One in three visitors are currently employed at a company with an annual expenditure of more than 1,000,000 on AV, with two out of five visitors reporting that they made the final purchasing decision. An additional two out of five also reported that they influence the decision or make recommendations on spending.
An international show
The top 10 countries by attendance at the show were Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, China, France, Italy, USA, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Poland, with Europe representing 78.4% of total attendees.
Asia followed with 14% of attendees, while North America represented 4.5% of total visitors.
Importance of ISE
ISE’s post show research found that 7.9 out of 10 visitors found the show to be an important place to participate, compared to 8.8 out of 10 exhibitors.
When asked how satisfied visitors were to the show, visitors scored a satisfaction of 8.5 out of 10, with exhibitors scoring their experience at an 8.7 out of 10 on average.
When asked how likely they are to return for 2027, visitors scored their likeliness of 8.5 and exhibitors scored their likeliness at 8.3 out of 10.
