The Inavate EMEA 40 Under 40 is back, and we are searching for the next generation of AV talent.
Each year, the programme recognises 40 outstanding professionals under the age of 40 who are helping to shape the AV industry across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
They might be delivering ambitious projects, developing technology, growing businesses, supporting customers, leading teams, solving technical problems or creating new opportunities. What connects them is the impact they are already making and their potential to influence the future of the industry.
And if that sounds like you, now is the time to put yourself forward.
Who can enter?
The programme is open to professionals who:
Work within the AV industry in the EMEA region
Meet the programme’s age eligibility requirements
Can demonstrate meaningful achievements, contributions or career progression
Professionals working across all areas of AV are encouraged to enter. The programme is not limited to a particular role, discipline or conventional career path.
Most members of previous Inavate EMEA 40 Under 40 classes entered through self-nomination. No one understands your career journey better than you do, including the challenges you have taken on, the responsibilities you have gained and the work of which you are most proud.
This is not about having the loudest profile. It is about your impact, potential and contribution.
