The d&b group has appointed Dr. Thilo Ittner as chief technology and operations officer (CTOO), with the goal of driving d&b’s technology strategy and operations.
Ittner will oversee technology, product management, R&D, and operations, shaping the long term roadmap of the company. Ittner will aim to advance key innovation fields including future loudspeaker designs, immersive audio, AI-based systems, enhanced networking, and cloud-enabled platforms, as well as the continued optimisation of d&b’s operations and product delivery.
In his most recent role, Ittner worked as managing director and CTO at elobau, leading technology, end-to-end operations, and strategy, where he drove profit growth and strong quality-cost improvements.
The appointment will be effective as of January 1, 2026.
