AVI-SPL is implementing a unified operating and leadership model across Europe, simplifying engagement for enterprise customers and accelerating the delivery of digital workplace systems across the region.
The approach aligns all of AVI-SPL’s European markets under one strategic direction led by Michael Kellaway, who has been appointed managing director for Europe.
Kellaway previously led the UK and Ireland businesses through a turnaround period that produced record revenue growth, stronger operational discipline, and higher customer satisfaction for the branch.
AVI-SPL’s unified European model will create one leadership team across all European markets, one operating model for design, deployment, and support, as well as one streamlined delivery engine that will function the same in every region across Europe.
The integrated model will see harmonised project execution across all markets, with greater capacity to support multinational accounts and faster decision-making and improved responsiveness, with a continued investment in people, infrastructure, and customer experience centres.
