Hall Technologies acquires Atlona, appoints general manager
Hall Technologies has officially completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Atlona.

This strategic move brings the two companies together with an aim to deliver cutting-edge AV solutions.

Ken Eagle, CEO, Hall Technologies, said: “The acquisition of Atlona is a bold and strategic step that strengthens our position as a global leader in the Pro AV industry. Atlona’s reputation for innovation, engineering excellence, and global reach perfectly complements Hall Technologies’ customer-first philosophy and technical expertise. Together, we’re building a powerhouse that will deliver even more value, flexibility, and forward-thinking solutions to our partners and customers around the world.”

Thorsten Goecke, general manager, Atlona International, said: “Joining forces with Hall Technologies is an exciting step forward for Atlona. This partnership combines decades of experience, innovation, and market leadership to create even greater value for our customers worldwide. Together, we’ll accelerate growth, expand our global footprint, and continue delivering the high-performance AV solutions our partners have come to expect—now with even more resources and reach.”

Hall Research has also announced the promotion of Thorsten Goecke to general manager, Atlona International. In this expanded leadership role, Goecke will oversee the company’s strategic direction and business operations across EMEA, APAC, and other international markets outside of North America.

Goecke joined Atlona in 2014 as director of sales for EMEA and has been instrumental in driving regional channel growth, forging key strategic alliances, and deepening the company’s presence across Europe and beyond. His appointment to general manager reflects Atlona’s continued commitment to international market development and customer success.

Eagle said: “Thorsten has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, market insight, and a relentless focus on delivering value to our partners and customers. His promotion to General Manager is a natural progression and a key part of our global growth strategy."

In his new role, Goecke will lead regional sales and marketing teams, oversee partner development, and align Atlona’s international go-to-market strategy with evolving customer needs across enterprise, education, government, and hospitality sectors.

Goecke said: “I’m honoured to take on this expanded role and help guide Atlona’s continued growth internationally. We have a strong global brand, innovative technology, and an incredible team. I look forward to deepening our global partnerships and building on our momentum across key regions.”
