Philips shows off glasses-free 3D at ISE

A range of Philips Public Signage displays will be launched at ISE 2012 on the company’s stand, #10N135 where the company will also show off its no-glasses 3D displays.

The company will demonstrate its E-Line series with Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) slot, its 55” 3D LED ultra-slim bezel video-wall and a 120” CANDEO LED display.

The E-Line series, aimed at the upper entry level signage market, offers integrated optical IR multi-touch. The 32”,42”, 46” and 55” displays and are equipped with an OPS slot for integration of an OPS module, an industry standard interface being adopted for the combination of a PC module and display.

The 42” BDL4251VS takes advantage of 28 lenticular view technology and a wide viewing angle. It has been nominated for a 2012 Technology InAVation Award and is able to play both 2D and 3D (2D+Z) images.

Finally, the stand will showcase the extensive range of large format touch-screen displays, including multi-touch technology. The touchscreen series are all full HD, network controllable and feature technology such as SmartPower and enhanced zoom features for tiled matrix applications.
