InfoComm International is bringing its Future Trends Summit back to the Integrated Systems Europe in 201.
According to the organisers, its new program of sessions is designed to educate, inspire, and to inform the debate about the future of the professional AV and electronic systems business.
As in 2011, the event will take place the day before the show, starting at 11am.
Scott Wills, InfoComm’s Director of International Education and Member Services, sees the Summit as the perfect way for the association to engage ISE attendees in a range of conversations about what shape the pro-AV industry will take in the years ahead.
“Predicting the future is never easy, but our array of experienced, knowledgeable and thought-provoking speakers will ensure that delegates come away from the Future Trends Summit with valuable new insights for their businesses,” says Wills.
Among the topics to be presented are emerging technologies in high-resolution displays, the future of audio networking, the growing role of standards in the systems integration industry, and the relationship between pro-AV and Cloud Computing.
The Summit will end at 17:30, with all delegates then invited to ISE’s inaugural Keynote Address – to be delivered by Gerhard Schulz of Ingram Micro – followed by an Opening Reception jointly hosted by InfoComm and CEDIA.
“We expect a day of informed presentations, lively debate, and unrivalled networking opportunities. Once again, our Future Trends Summit provides the perfect business prelude not just to Integrated Systems Europe, but to InfoComm’s program of education sessions that takes place throughout the show’s opening hours,” concluded Wills.
InAVate will of course be there to report on proceedings.
