Milestone AV Technologies merges with Da-Lite

Milestone AV, which operates the Chief, Sanus and Raxxess brands, has announced a pending merger with Da-Lite.

Da-Lite manufactures the Da-Lite, Projecta and Procolor brands of commercial and residential projector screens. It’s addition to the Milestone stable, brings under the aegis of the Duschossios group another three brands in addition to AMX, Chief, Sanus and Raxxess, giving it considerably clout in the AV accessories space as well as in control, signal processing and routing and switching technologies.

Commenting on the merger, Milestone AV CEO Scott Gledhill said: “Through the strength of this combination, we are able to offer a more comprehensive product lien to our joint customers, open up new sales channels for our brands, and provide growth opportunities for our employees. Da-Lite will continue to be based in Warsaw, Virginia as under the leadership of current president Richard Lundin.
