WyreStorm has released the APO-VX20-UC v2, the next generation Apollo all-in-one 4K AI videobar and switcher, designed to simplify meeting room technology while delivering a more natural, professional, and flexible collaboration experience.
Combining a 4K ultra-wide AI camera, beamforming microphones, stereo speakers, USB-C and HDMI connectivity, wireless casting, wireless conferencing, and dual 4K HDMI outputs into one compact device, the APO-VX20-UC v2 gives meeting rooms a complete collaboration hub without the complexity of multiple separate components.
It is designed for huddle rooms, meeting rooms, training spaces, and executive collaboration environments where clean installation, reliable performance, and ease of use are equally important.
Users can connect via USB-C with up to 60W charging, use HDMI when needed, or present wirelessly through AirPlay, Miracast, or WyreStorm’s APO-DG2 and APO-DG2-PRO dongles. For wireless conferencing, the APO-DG2/APO-DG2-PRO allows users to connect to the room’s camera, microphone, and speaker system without being tied to the front of the room by a cable.
The integrated 4K camera uses intelligent tracking modes including Auto Framing, Presenter Tracking, Speaker Tracking, and Individuals Gallery to help keep participants naturally framed throughout the meeting.
Audio is handled through an 8-MEMS beamforming microphone array with Acoustic Echo Cancellation, Automatic Gain Control, and Automatic Noise Suppression, delivering clear voice pickup up to 8 metres. For larger rooms, optional APO-SKY-MIC expansion microphones can be added to extend coverage, giving system designers more flexibility when adapting the system to different room sizes and layouts.
