Professional British audio manufacturer Turbosound has announced its iQ Series networked loudspeaker product line is now shipping and will soon be available from all major resellers.
The iQ Series combines Turbosound’s 40-year loudspeaker history with Klark Teknik’s networking and DSP technologies to create what is referred to as 'Acoustic Integration'.
This enables digital mixers, personal monitor systems and loudspeakers to communicate directly with each other via the Company’s proprietary ULTRANET Technology.
Acoustic Integration allows users to make changes to overall sound system performance, in real time, without ever leaving the mixing desk. Users can set up and adjust built-in DSP parameters directly at the loudspeakers, or remotely via PC.
Suitable for FoH and floor-wedge applications, the iQ15, iQ12, iQ10 and iQ8 two-way loudspeakers have the added support for low-frequency performance from the iQ18B and iQ15B subwoofers.
All enclosures feature standard 35-mm pole-mount sockets, for deploying dynamic full-range systems.
