Sygma expands

Renkus-Heinz has bolstered its Sygma sound system line with new products and features. The audio network specialist says part of the Sygma development is the launch of its SG/SGX12S subwoofer.

The compact 12” vented subwoofer is designed to boost low frequencies. Multiple versions are available: the externally powered SGX12S, the SG12S-2 with a 200 Watt digital amplifier, and the SG12S-5 with 500 Watts of integrated Class D amplification. The two self-powered versions are also available RHAON-Empowered (Renkus-Heinz Audio Operations Network). All versions are capable of at least 128 dB SPL from 60 to 120 Hz.

Having expanded horn options, the SG/SGX121 is available with either a 120° x 60° or a 90° x 60° complex conic horn. For the SG/SGX151, 60° x 40° and 90° x 40° complex conic horns are available. Complex conic horns can be rotated in the enclosure for wide or deep coverage patterns using either vertical or horizontal mounting.

Sygma cabinets are now available with optional Omnimount attachment points in addition to the standard U-Bracket and eyebolt screw threads. Weather-resistant enclosure configurations for outdoor installations are newly available as well. Cabinets can now be ordered in custom colours in addition to black and white.
