NEC Display solutions has bolstered its DLP projector series with two entry level, mobile models – the NP115 and NP210. The company is underlining the eco-friendly features of both models as part of its Green Vision Campaign.
Low power consumption of 210W is provided in Eco Mode (maximum 233W with full brightness). In standby the models consume 0.7W and can therefore comply with the forthcoming EuP 2005/32/EC directive, which comes into effect on January 2010. In Eco Mode the lamp life extends to 5,000 hours and a Carbon Savings Meter calculates the amount of CO2 saved.
