Mitsubishi to introduce videowall at ISE

Mitsubishi Electric will debut its LM55P2 LCD video wall and 120 Series DLP rear projection cubes at ISE 2016.

The display features a 3.5mm bezel and full HD capabilities, and can create a compact 4K display of 3840 x 2160 pixels when applied in a 2 x 2 configuration, with a single mullion vertically and horizontally.

A built-in Display Port 1.2a input terminal allows displays to be daisy-chained via a display port cable to create a wall display of up to 5 x 5 configuration, without external processing.

Its added VC-LM1HD option supports HDCP long-distance transmission of up to 100 metres when using the CAT5e cable.

Mitsubishi’s upgraded VS-WE120U DLP cube projection engine will be available from mid-2016 onwards. The WUXGA/1080p projector combines the WE optical system from the Seventy Series and its 120 Series chassis, with updates including an 100,000 hour maintenance-free lifespan, improved contrast ratio, colour and brightness, redundant power supply and 6 times redundant LED elements. The cube features DisplayPort 1.2 and Pro-IP capability via a built-in OPS slot.

Mitsubishi Electric will exhibit at ISE in Amsterdam from February 9 to 12, 2016 at hall 2, stand A24.
