Christie has expanded its Mirage Series of 2D and 3D projectors with the launch of its Mirage WQ-L, an LED-based 1-chip DLP projection system.
The unit boasts WQXGA (2560 by 1600) resolution and 800 ANSI lumens. It has an LED light engine rated at 60,000-hours (approximately 6.5 years) life cycle and includes Christie ArrayLOC for synchronised colour and brightness management.
Mirage WQ-L operates off Christie’s KoRE electronics and firmware platform, designed for advanced visualisations systems. The unit is shipping now.
