Bose will show three new products at ISE 2019: Designmax loudspeakers, powerspace amplifiers and commercial sound processors.
The Designmax loudspeaker range is comprised of ten loudspeakers, ranging from 2-in ‘low profile’ models to 8-in high SPL compression driver loudspeakers.
Smartbass processing can be enabled, as well as a dispersion alignment system on selected models.
Surface mounted Designmax speakers also feature hidden U-brackets to hold the speaker closer to the wall, which can be adjusted and locked.
Every model of Designmax loudspeakers feature Euroblock connectors as well as plenum-rated backcans, tile bridges and front-access audio wiring on ceiling mounted models.
The Powerspace amplifier line includes five products, with three products using Bose Amplink connectivity: The P21000A, P26000A and P43000A models (2 X 1000, 2 X 604, 2 X 300 watts respectively).
A Bose Amplink input allows for multiple channels of uncompressed, low-latency digital audio from Bose digital sound processors via a single cat 5 cable.
Additionally, the P4300+ and P4150+ models (4 x 300 and 4 x 150 watts) combine power and built-in DSP into a 1RU design.
Bose CSP-1248 and CSP-428 commercial sound processors feature an onboard CSP configuration utility and intuitive browser-based, with all levels, routing, thresholds, and priorities displayed in real-time.
The processors feature balanced analogue I/O and mono-summed RCA inputs, as well as control inputs, control outputs, and a mute contact.
A Bose AmpLink output on each model allows for a digital audio connection to compatible power amplifiers.
As well as enabling configuration via Mac or PC, the rear-panel Ethernet port connects to the ControlCenter zone controllers and the ControlSpace Remote app.
