Auralex releases drop-in ceiling tiles

Auralex acoustics has introduced new acoustic Ceiling Tiles at InfoComm, which can easily be installed into new and existing drop and suspended ceiling grids. This makes them ideal for upgrading existing room sound quality by controlling ambient noise and reducing noise transmission.

The fabric faced panels can be customised in terms of both size and thickness to meet the requirements of any project. They are also available in custom colours upon request. The tiles feature a noise ratio coefficient of .80 making them a good choice for controlling acoustic problems over a wide range of frequencies.

“InfoComm was the only show to introduce our new Ceiling Tiles, as they are ideal for this market,” says Dave Paxton, director of operations at Auralex Acoustics. “This is an exciting new product from us that spans the AV market and is the perfect solution for commercial, educational as well as residential applications.”
