Alcons Audio will show its pro-ribbon loudspeakers and demonstrate object based immersive audio at InfoComm 2017.
The show, June 14 to 16 will see Alcons join forces with Astro Spatial Audio to demonstrate its pro-ribbon systems and Astro Spatial Audio SARA II Premium Rendering Engine in demo room W221A. The demonstration will focus on object based immersive audio in live entertainment. Astro’s 3U, rack-mountable SARA II has a browser-based GUI and is suited to installation industries and room acoustics.
Alcons will also show its LR28/110, a wide-dispersion version of the LR28 larger format line array, and the QR24/110, an extension to the company’s modular high-output line-source column.
The booth will show a range of Alcons pro-ribbon loudspeakers, including the LR7 micro line array and LR18 compact mid-size line-array modules, RR12 point-source array modules, VR8 compact versatile monitors, BF151 compact subwoofers, BC332 cardioid subwoofers and Sentinel3 amplified loudspeaker controllers.
InfoComm 2017 takes place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, USA where Alcons is exhibiting on Booth 6555.
