Adamson is adding the S7 two-way, full-range line array enclosure, S118 subwoofer and the S7p and S10p full-range point source cabinets.
The S7 is a two-way, full-range line array cabinet with two ND7-LM16 Kevalar Neodymium drivers (2x 16 Ohms) and an NH3-8 1.4-in exit compression driver (eight Ohms). The sound chamber produces a wavefront with a slight curve, featuring a nominal dispersion pattern of 100 degrees x 12.5 degrees (H x V).
Adamson’s controlled summation technology also eliminates low-mid lobing.
The S118 subwoofer is the companion subwoofer for the S7 cabinet. The enclosure is loaded with an 18-in HD18-S Kevlar Neodymium driver using Adamson’s advanced cone architecture and a four-in voice coil.
The S7 and the S118 utilise Adamson’s SlideLock rigging system, which does not require a stacking pin, allowing one technician to prep and fly the array.
The S7p and S10p are two-way, full-range point source cabinets containing two ND7-16 low-mid drivers (2x 16 Ohms), two ND10-LM low-mid drivers and an NH3-8 1.4-in exit compression driver (eight Ohms) in both models.
Both models feature a dispersion pattern of 70 degrees x 40 degrees (H x V), rotatable in 90 degree increments.
Prolight + Sound 2019 will run from 2-5 April 2019 at the Messe Frankfurt fairground.
