Yorktel and Kinly complete merger
Kinly and Yorktel have completed a merger, combining global scale and experience in systems integration and managed services.

The merger brings both companies together to create what it describes as a “new global powerhouse in systems integration and managed services”, operating as Yorktel-Kinly.

The merger combines Kinly’s AV and UCC integration capabilities with Yorktel’s strength in managed services and systems engineering, offering access to more than 2,500 clients across 27 offices worldwide.

The newly merged Yorktel-Kinly with a combined team of over 1,600 employees, holding more than 900 specialist accreditations, supporting organisations across multiple industries including government and the private sector.

Yorktel-Kinly will be led by Ken Scaturro as CEO, while Tom Martin takes on the role of chief strategy officer (CSO), alongside a new leadership team that will take effect from January 2026.
