Twisted acquires Crossover to grow reach
Workplace technology integrator, Twisted, has announced the acquisition of London-based Crossover, a pro-audio and AV systems integrator.

This marks Twisted’s first acquisition since its founding in Hampshire in 2004 and represents a significant step in the company’s ongoing growth strategy. With the addition of Crossover’s expertise and central London presence, Twisted strengthens its service capability, geographic footprint, and ability to serve a broader range of clients.

Founded in 2008, Crossover has built a strong reputation for delivering end-to-end AV system integration – from design and installation through to ongoing support and maintenance.

“Twisted’s excellent team culture and aligned commitment to perfect delivery played a major part in our decision,” said David Sacks, MD, Crossover. “We’ve been approached before, but Twisted is the first that truly felt aligned with who we are. This move gives our team the platform to grow, while maintaining our commitment to quality standards and putting our customers first. I’m really excited for the future.”

Twisted, which already supports major clients such as Adobe, Uber, Softcat, OpenAI and Convene, now operates from four offices across the UK and Europe, with plans to open a fifth in the Middle East in 2026. Together, the combined team brings greater scale, more talent, and deeper capability to the fit-out, SME and enterprise markets.

“I’m absolutely delighted to welcome the Crossover team to Twisted,” said Ollie Hall, CEO of Twisted. “Their outstanding technical expertise and strong reputation across the corporate and hotel sectors will significantly bolster Twisted as we continue to expand. We see tremendous potential ahead, particularly thanks to Crossover’s capabilities, central London location and shared commitment to going the extra mile for our customers. I’m really looking forward to seeing what we’ll achieve together.”
