Pro AV distributor Stampede will take on a range of Calibre products after the two companies signed an agreement.
Stampede will distribute the UK company’s HQView range of presentation switchers, LEDView range of switcher-scalers for LED displays, HQUltra range of scaler-switchers and blend-and-warp image processors.
Tim Brooksbank, CEO of Calibre, said: “As Calibre expands its branded product marketing programmes, it is critical that we work with a distribution partner that has the global scale of resources and resellers that can represent the Calibre value proposition to the largest audience of potential buyers in every vertical market that employs electronic display equipment. That partner, in our estimation, is Stampede.”
Kevin Kelly, president and COO of Stampede, added: “Now that [Calibre] is expanding its business strategy for sales and marketing of Calibre branded solutions we are honoured that they have selected Stampede to serve as the one distribution partner to help them penetrate more vertical markets on a global scale.”
Mark Wilkins, CEO Stampede, highlighted Stampede’s presence in the USA, Canada and Latin America. “We operate by thinking globally, while acting locally, which is why we have account managers based in each market,” he said.
