Sony will showcase its Spatial Reality Display (SRD), integrated with Ameria’s AI-powered Touchfree interaction technology, to deliver immersive and personalised in-store experiences for retail environments.
The new display will allow users to interact with and personalise products in a spatial, 3D environment without the need for wearables or touchscreens.
Retailers can provide experiences that enable shoppers to visualise customisations, explore product options, and engage with brands in new ways.
The system uses Sony’s Spatial Reality Display to create three-dimensional visuals that float in visual space, with America’s Touchfree technology used to detect gestures, gaze, and proximity to enable fluid interactions.

The display will be showcased at Digital Signage Summit Europe in Munich, 21-23 May 2025.
