Prysm has completed the acquisition of Kaybus, a provider of cloud-based Knowledge Automation software for business.
Integration of the Kaybus development team and technology into Prysm Application Suite is already underway.
Prysm says the deal will benefit its existing users in four ways. security enhancements, enhanced language flexibility, more robust search functionality and corporate-grade and secure single sign-on.
New functionality from this acquisition is expected to begin to appear in Prysm Application Suite starting in Q3 of 2017.

All Kaybus employees, based primarily in California and India, are now Prysm employees.
