HP Dimension with Google Beam (formerly Project Starline) will be available to select customers starting in late 2025, for a price of $24,999 ($21,700), it has been announced.
One of the standout technologies at InfoComm 2025 last week in Orlando, HP Dimension with Google Beam uses six cameras and AI to create a 3D video of each participant, displayed on a special light field display with realistic size, depth, colour, and eye contact.
Potential buyers will also need to be aware they will need to be other units to be seen and heard in 3D at the other end of the call.
HP Dimension with Google Beam will provide a native Zoom Rooms or Google Meet experience and support three functions: 3D immersive one-on-one communications, 2D traditional group meetings, and meeting interoperability with cloud-based video services such as Teams and Webex.
The HP Poly Studio A2 Table Microphone features audio pickup, daisy-chain scalability for up to eight microphones, and clean cable management within a magnetic mount.
The microphones connect to the HP Poly Studio A2 Audio Bridge, which enables scalability and high-fidelity audio for up to 32 synchronised input channels (up to 8 table microphones total, each one with four microphones). Users can connect to any Poly Studio video system over a single Ethernet cable, which unlocks NoiseBlockAI technology for enhanced communication.
