POLARaudio has launched an online “dealer portal†to allow its account customers to manage account profiles.
The resource provides users with access to accounts, sales and technical support tools.
POLARaudio’s dealer portal is a secure website designed to allow customers to obtain information, place orders or view their account at any time.
A ‘Your Account’ tab enables registered users to view their balance, account status, order history and to print copy invoices and statements. A ‘Return and Repair’ tab allows users to arrange a repair or replacement of a faulty item, whilst a ’Spare Parts’ tab provides descriptions, images, prices and datasheets for spare parts for POLARaudio’s brands.
Account customers can check stock, get trade prices, place orders and have access to details product information and data sheets. The portal also allows customers to download product catalogues and get technical support.
