Panasonic announces move to laser projectors

Panasonic announces move to laser projectors
  • News
  • 17/01/2019
Panasonic is transitioning its high brightness projector ranges to exclusively laser offerings.

The PT-DZ21K projector series is set to be discontinued in the spring, in a move that Panasonic describes as being “in consideration of lower maintenance and greater reliability”.

Panasonic introduced its first laser projector in 2014, the PT-RZ21K, which provides the same level of brightness (20,000 lumens) as the PT-DZ21K.

The PT-DZ21K will be discontinued in March 2019.
