First Impression has announced that it is entering the hospitality market, focussing on hotel chains that aim to stand out through experience and innovation.

Boasting extensive experience in the retail market, First Impression is taking the next step in its international expansion through a dedicated hospitality market team, which has already collaborated on international hotel concepts such as The Social Hub, which has officially become a First Impression client.

The new hospitality team will concentrate on hotel chains with a strong focus on meetings and events, as well as hotels where guest experience in public and shared spaces plays a central role such as lobbies, rooftops, restaurants, wellness areas, gyms, and event spaces.  

With a global network at its disposal, First Impression is putting its focus on concept development and co-creation, aiming to create designs that align with a hotel brand’s identity and positioning.
