DisplayNote Technologies will be working with Ricoh, a global provider of digital workplace systems. The collaboration brings together DisplayNote’s BYOM software and Ricoh’s interactive whiteboards.
The BYOM technology will come preinstalled and fully embedded in Ricoh Collaboration Board W5500/W6500/W7500, offering users a unified system for wireless casting and video conferencing.
It can detect BYOM-enabled devices on your network, even across subnets., and wirelessly connect laptops to the room’s hardware, such as displays cameras, mic, and speakers.
Users can launch any call on a laptop and use the room equipment as if it’s physically connected to your own device.
