Having recently equipped the ice hockey stadium of SkellefteÃ¥ AIK, one of Sweden’s best known teams, with Christie projection, Viju Sverige AB has gone one better.
The company has now produced an inspired Christie rearpro solution inside a huge octagonal cube (‘MediaKub’) for reigning Swedish champions MODO, in their new stadium in Örnsköldsvik.
While four 16:9 aspect ratio media faces produce the live action (and slo-mo replays) for audiences sitting in each of the four stands, these are interspersed with high performance digital scoreboards.
