Biamp Systems has announced that Mex Exner has assumed the position of regional director of Europe.
In his role as Regional Director, Exner will be headquartered in the U.K. and will oversee all sales and operations in Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa. Exner will continue working closely with distributors and consultants to ensure that they continue to receive the same high-quality service that they have come to expect from Biamp.
Previously, Exner served as the Western European Regional Manager as a part of Biamp’s International Sales Team. Exner joined Biamp in 2009 from Tannoy Ltd., where he held various positions, including International Sales Manager, Export Manager for Western Europe Commercial Products, and Sales and Marketing Manager for Germany.
“In my short time with Biamp, I’ve seen some truly innovative projects being developed by our customers, and I’m proud to see our products such as Audia and Vocia at the heart of them,” said Exner. “As we move forward, we’ll look to ensure that we continue to do everything we can to fully support and service these great projects that continue to push the boundaries of innovation across Europe.”
