Barco has announced the launch of its new European Image.Care help desk service specifically for the healthcare sector.
The new service will provide customers with a direct live phone support facility in their own language. To make this possible the company has trained a dedicated team of product support specialists.
The new Image.Care Healthcare Helpdesk service is available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
