Pro-audio distributor Audiologic has announced three new staff roles as the company ends a successful year.
Audiologic’s headcount grew in the last year by 15% to meet the demands of the business. A part of that growth included the hire of sales manager, Stuart Leader from Polar Audio, in September 2021.
Leader was hired with the plan to bring a holistic approach to the sales function. The strategic alignment of the internal and external sales teams brings the opportunity for Leader to grow and develop the team’s roles.
As Audiologic looks to the future, they announce two new internal positions in the sales team of sales support supervisor, internal business manager. The first of those roles has been formed for Jessica Raraty (above) as internal business manager. This role is predominantly an office-based sales role with a hybrid approach to internal and external sales. The role has a strong focus on relationship building with Audiologic’s widening direct customer base.
The second position in the sales team sees Vicky Clayden promoted to sales support supervisor. In this role, Clayden will oversee the structuring of the internal sales team. The position supports the strategy to have an internal support member dedicated to each external business manager, as a team.
Nicola Boyle takes on the role of procurement administrator, a role which will refine existing processes with the aim of providing accurate data such as lead times, delivery dates, pricing and order fulfilment information in the most efficient manner possible.
