Unicol will unveil new mounts at ISE as it expands its Adapta-Wall and Obelisk digital signage ranges as well as launching a horizontal service mount and a trolley for Microsoft Surface Hub.
The manufacturer will demonstrate the products in Hall 1, Stand N115 at ISE in Amsterdam, February 11 – 14, 2020.
Serviceable horizontal mounts
Unicol has released the Horizontal Serviceable Cassette Mount (HTS), which allows access to devices without having to remove the display.
The HTS range has a depth of 95mm and SideSlide allows storage of devices behind the wall-mounted screen. The equipment tray can be separated from the main cassette without removing the screen and replacement equipment trays can be prepared separately to provide a swap-out. Once replaced and closed, the tray can be locked with its built-in barrel lock.
SideSlide is specifically designed and manufactured for the user’s screen and is available in two versions (HTS1 & HTS2). They are designed for screens between 46- and 110-in with a maximum weight capacity of 110kg (product dependant). Built-in cable management is provided as standard.
Avecta trolley
Unicol will introduce its latest Avecta trolley at the show. It is designed to work
exclusively with Microsoft’s latest Surface Hub 2S.
Avecta trolley (AVHTSURH) features a dedicated mount that caters for the Hub’s built-in rotating screen mechanism and can transition from landscape to portrait and has an adjustable tilt feature.
It is suited to meeting rooms and corporate offices and has a cable management system with a hidden four-way power socket.
The new Avecta trolley is available in Sinterflex Black or Sinterflex White as standard and comes with a rear fold down shelf to stow AV equipment.
Twin-sided Obelisk kiosk
Unicol has expanded its Obelisk digital signage range with a twin-sided kiosk (ODS1FS) designed for double-sided displays such as Samsung’s OMN-D Series and Dynascan’s DS Series.
The kiosk is designed with an optimised viewing height of just over 2m and is suited to retail where it can show content to the shop floor and window display at the same time. It has a footprint of 250mm x 850mm (bolt down version).
Kiosks are suited to 46-in and 55-in screens and both the free standing and bolt down options offer concealed fixings and clip in features. The support frame provides a cable management system that allows cables to drop in from the side, as per the screens specifications, and pass through underneath the base.
Adapta-Wall heavy-duty mount
Unicol has expanded its Adapta-Wall range with the heavy-duty pop-out wall mount (VWPHD). It is designed for single screen installations and supports 70- to 90-in screens up to 80kg. The lockable pop-out mount offers full-screen adjustment in all planes for a smoother installation alongside the ‘push-to-close, push-to-open’ action for easy maintenance. It covers VESA fixing patterns 300x300 to 600x400mm.
Two people are required for installation. The mount has micro-adjustment arms, ‘push to close – push to open’ operation, and horizontal and vertical centre line marks on all back plates.
