Lanner Electronics has released a compact Intel Socket P embedded system designed for high definition video applications. It uses the power of NVIDIA’s GeForce 9 Series GPU, the LEC-7900 delivers fluid video playback to dual displays without the need for an additional graphics card.
At the core of the platform is an NVIDIA MCP79 chipset solution and Core 2 Duo Processor. The MCP79 from NVIDIA delivers graphics performance capable of powering two Full HD displays.
Equipped to handle both standard and high definition video the LEC-7900 comes with two VGA ports as well as 1 HDMI port. Other connections included are USB 2.0 (x4), LAN, Stereo Line Out and a two RS-232 COM ports.
